Magazine Editor

Ingrid Delle Jacobson is the Magazine Editor at Sisterhood Sleuths and an experienced publishing art director, developmental editor, academic editor, and lifelong learner. Her career includes book and magazine publishing and 12 years leading the South African Navy’s multimedia department with the civilian rank of full Commander. Living with multiple sclerosis has strengthened her resilience, gratitude, hope, and compassion. A lover of books, music, animals, flowers, and Cape Town cloudscapes, Ingrid lives by the belief: “We rise by lifting others.”

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Entomology and Conservation, he is passionate about nature, biodiversity, and sustainability. Terry Warschaw Sterling is the Outreach Director at Sisterhood Sleuths, bringing leadership, education, creativity, and community-building experience to the organization. A University of Southern California graduate, Terry spent more than three decades teaching at junior-high and high-school levels and serving as an Associated Student Body Director. A natural people person, she loves building relationships and creating environments where young people feel included and valued. Terry helps Sisterhood Sleuths form connections, reach new communities, and make reading and learning an adventure.

Ryan “Jeht” O’Mulrian

Therapist & Columnist

Ryan “Jeht” O’Mulrian is a South African therapist, wellness counsellor, writer, and member of the Sisterhood Sleuths Magazine editorial team. Through articles, advice columns, and reader Q&As, he offers young people guidance, encouragement, and kindness. Jeht also operates a home-based therapeutic practice centered on compassion and understanding. After undergoing two open-heart surgeries in his early twenties, he developed a profound appreciation for life and human connection. He enjoys console games, thrilling movies, rare books, strong tea, and his cat, Shinsei.

Antonette “Annie” Karsten is a South African writer, researcher, columnist, and member of the Sisterhood Sleuths Magazine editorial team. She researches contacts, requests permissions, follows up with organizations, and locates information others consider impossible to find. Annie also writes Field Notes, a column for teens who enjoy adventure, discovery, and seeing the world differently. With 10 years of library experience, she brings persistence, humor, creativity, and a writer’s eye. An aspiring author, she loves good stories and research rabbit holes.

A resident of Upland, California, the setting of The Obsidian Eye, Michelle has opened new territories for brand expansion, worked as a vendor and purchasing agent, owned a business, and served on three HOA boards. She now supports ambassadors, builds relationships, and introduces Sisterhood Sleuths programs and mission to new and diverse communities.
